So, I talked with somebody in our group about this a while ago... but I don't remember who...
The idea is that we all have this blog to which we may post stories about life after Peddie. So, we can post and vent about crazy parents, bad summer jobs, and scary roommates. And we can keep each other updated, on happy things, tragic things, and - most likely - the mundane. It should serve as a fun way of keeping everybody updated - without having to find each person and telling them individually. And this way we can all comment on (ie: laugh at) eachother's mishaps, and see what everyone else thinks...
And also because people said they'd miss my valuable life-commentaries and stories. Now, you'll have them. Chronicled. In print. Along with everyone else's, of course...
I think that there once was a movie or something where two people who lived far apart kept mailing a composition book back-and-forth to one another, always leaving a journal entry. (Anybody remember what I'm talking about??? Help?) This is the same idea - but better, beacuse it's faster, can handle more than two people, and saves us all a lot of money. (Sorry, US Postal Service - you'll just have to price-rape another group of people!)
I'm hoping that you guys are all interested in this - It could be a lot of fun for us all, but only if we all try to participate - even if that means just posting a "Hello, all. I'm not dead yet..." every few weeks or so...
